System of a Down You ask, what does John Dalmayan, drummer for System of a Down have in common with comic books? John has been collecting comic books in excess of 20 year's. His focus was to sell his older comic books so that he could purchase the newer one's. In an interview he did with CraveOnline.com back in September 2006, John was asked how this project came about. " We were just hanging out talking one day and I said wouldn’t it be cool if you guys did some art on my drums and everyone was in to it." In addition, he has another hobby, an on-line comic book store Torpedo Comics.com. However, it is currently on hiatus.
